Stingers 6 Successful Applicants

Northern Film & Media is pleased to announce the successful filmmakers taking part in this year’s Digital Short Scheme, Stingers. 24 filmmakers will be taking part in the scheme and their short films will be shot this spring.
The successful priojects are:

- Bus Stop Boogaloo – Writer/Director: Gus Hughes; Producer: Lynchpin
- Come Back – Writer/Director: James Harris; Producer: Vita Nova
- Enemy Lines – Writer: Fiona Veitch Smith; Director: Michael Steel; Producer: FNA
- In the Afternoon – Writer/Director: Andrew McVicar; Producer: Third Films
- Little Picker – Writer: Keith Jewitt; Director: Ashley Horner; Producer: Pinball
- Maharishi – Writer: Geoff Crackett; Director: Mark Lediard; Producer: Dene Films
- Rinse & Spin – Writer/Director and Producer: Peter Snowdon
- Row Boat – Writer/Director and Producer: Ian Cottage
- This Hateful Knife – Writer/Director and Producer: Andy Smith
- Trace of Her – Writer/Director: Karen Macey; Producer: Quay Animations
